We are looking for a full time dynamic lettings negotiator to join our busy lettings team. The ideal candidate will be sales driven, confident and organised. Must have Maths and English GCSE grade C minimum, and have a full driving licence with full time access to own car.
Must have excellent communication skills. This post is ideal for those wanting to work in the property sector as a Lettings Negotiator. The successful applicant should have an interest in property and dealing with people from all walks of life. Responsibilities will include progressing customer enquiries, progressing applications to rent property and conducting accompanied viewings. Lettings negotiators will also manage the in between tenancy works at properties. Previous experience not necessary as full training will be given.
A commission structure is in place giving an OTE of £17,000 to £24,000

Estates Administrator/Purchase Ledger
Due to maternity, a position has arisen within our repairs department. You will assist the manager in ensuring that contractors invoices are processed through the systems, quality control works completed, organise and manage repairs reported by tenants, liaise with contractors to issue works, assist in planned maintenance, produce management reports and ensure all administrative tasks are completed. This busy role requires a common sense approach by someone who can prioritise workloads, liaise with contractors, tenants and local authorities. Must have excellent administration skills, be self motivated and driven to succeed. Basic plus commission. This is a full time, permanent contract. Salary based on experience but exceeds minimum wage.
